Directions Project
The principal directions of the project are aimed at:
Savings in the release of simple provisions:
— Reduction of non-productive jobs;
— Savings in purchases (renegotiation of contracts);
— Savings in the reduction of overtime;
— Savings in the sale and maintenance of redundant assets;
— Other.
Financial Savings:
— Tax savings, and loads on Social Security;
— Collection of receivables;
— Financial tools to support and safeguard cash flow;
— Other.
System Changes:
— LEAN MANUFACTURING (increasing productivity of labor and machinery);
— Reconstruction Management System;
— Cost accounting;
— Reduction of costs (structural changes, outsourcing directly linked to the process of the main and auxiliary processes);
— Improve quality;
— Other.
Changes in Marketing and Sales departments:
— Organizational Structure, Marketing Department (Marketing to define the directions of the external, internal, and PR) Sales (sales system of primary, secondary, after-sales service, distribution channels);
— Refresh staff on the suitability and competence (training and possible recruitment of new staff);
— Budgeting;
— Reconstruction of the tender (the principle of cooperation with customers, the form of contracts does not apply to the reconstruction of the product offering and pricing);
— Changes in the system in the information system (procedures, information flow).
LOGISTICS, HR and FINANCE
During the project run the following programs:
— Personnel training for the managerial system of management;
— Study skills and managerial predispositions Personnel;
— Implementation of the Element Management Process (link) and the group process (reference) (as one of the elements of process management).
