Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

Responding to the growing requirements of our customers a package of training and tools that enable analysis and reduction of losses within the Maintenance department.

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is defined as maintenance work on machinery and equipment across the entire enterprise implemented by operators and staff responsible for maintenance.

Objectives:
• Maximizing equipment effectiveness (improving overall efficiency).
• Development of system maintenance (maintenance service) in order to extend the service life of equipment.
• Involve all departments in the planning, design, utilization and maintenance work on all devices.
• Activation of employee involvement in maintenance work on machinery used.

The overriding aim of TPM is ZERO accidents and ZERO DEFECTS RESULTING FROM WORKING MACHINES.
